During the day I have the privilege of working as a product manager in Global Support Services at Red Hat. My colleagues and I manage the Red Hat Customer Portal, a collection of high-value customer-facing web applications targeted at providing support to Red Hat's customers around the world. In my 5+ years at Red Hat I've worked on products and managed teams in support of global operations, training, consulting, and technical support. My 18 months in the Tokyo office strengthened my awareness of global issues in web development and technical management.
